This project focused on conducting comprehensive data analysis for Forsan Logistic to generate actionable business insights and support strategic decision-making. Key analyses included:

Sales Analysis: Analyzed sales data to identify the most profitable and in-demand products, along with their seasonal trends. I also identified the worst-performing products in terms of sales and revenue, offering recommendations to boost their performance.

Logistics Analysis: Conducted an analysis of logistics operations to determine the optimal cities for business expansion and ways to streamline order management in those locations for improved efficiency.

These analyses helped the CEO and management team make data-driven decisions to enhance both sales performance and logistics operations.
