This report analyzes the sales performance of Zacks Restaurant from October 2021 to September 2022. The main objective was to identify trends in sales performance, customer behavior, and product performance to support decision-making. The key findings indicate a seasonal increase in sales during the holiday period, with dine-in sales being the largest contributor to revenue. The areas (Heliopolis, Nasr City, Maadi, and Helwan) showed the highest demand and revenue. Recommendations include increasing inventory during high-demand months and promoting products and restaurant locations in low-revenue areas through targeted marketing campaigns. This analysis was conducted using Python, Excel, and Power BI, incorporating descriptive statistics and trend analysis.
